Designed for racing use in both motocross and road racing. Like their brethren, but to a greater degree, these chains represent the result of the great experience of Regina winning over 230 victories in World Championships in motorcycle competition. Available in 7 different versions, non sealed types and with new Z-44, depending on use, they are perfect for road competitions, enduro and motocross racing.

ceaseless technical evolution offers enormous improvements in performance
and life of elastic lubricant seal rings.

Installing a Regina chain with the patented Z44 system means gaining the following extraordinary advantages:

• The Z-ring flexes when assembled to create a spring effect guaranteeing a lubricant seal that does not reduce (or change) over time.
• The lubricant located between the plates and the lobes of the Z-ring keeps the ring lubricated and increase its life.
• The special Z-ring section guarantees enhanced chain flexibility.
• The conical section of the Z-ring provides accurate positioning on the bushing.

The Z44 chains also offer the following features:
• high carbon steel pins
• solid bushings
• solid rollers
• shot-peened plates and rollers for increased fatigue resistance
• pre-stretching
• gold outer plates

The Z44 are the ideal chains for high performance supersport and off-road motorcycles; for this reason, ZR44 chains are used as original equipment by:

520 ZRA: the winner chain

520 ZRA chtain is the evolution of 520 ZRH chains: it has a reduced weight to run at highest speed, and lower plates to fit today’s rubbed sprockets, that guarantee a lower
transmission noise.

Using the FEM calculation, it has been possible to optimise the inner plates geometry, obtaining a lower profile to reduce weight and bulk, with the same mechanical performances.

520 ZRA chain uses high alloy steel plates and pins, reinforced rollers and patented Z-ring.

With these features, 520 ZRA is a top performances chain, for the best bikes of the latest generation, like Aprilia Pegaso 650, Yamaha MT-03 and Derbi Mulhancén 659.
