QATAR GRAN PRIX

Alvaro Bautista in 125cc and Jorge Lorenzo in 250cc have won Qatar GP, doubling the success of Jerez. Loris Capirossi on Ducati and Sete Gibernau  have conquered respectively the 3^rd and 4^th place in Moto GP.

The Joung Bautista has obtained an historical success in 125cc: in this class, for almost 4 years (56 GP), no riders have won two consecutive GP .

The 3^rd step of the podium is for Gadea, after a fotofinish sprint with the Italian Pasini.

For Regina, 8 riders between the first ten classified. In the world classification 7 riders have a bike equipped with Regina Chain.

In 250cc Jorge Lorenzo, on Aprilia equipped with Regina chain, got the better of Dovizioso.

Roberto Locatelli has conquered the 3^rd step of the podium, after a fantastic recovering from the 21^st place. Locatelli, always on Aprilia equipped with the very special ( short pitch ) Regina Chain, returns on the podium after two years.

Between the first 10 classified riders, 6 have their bike equipped with Regina Chains.

In Moto GP Loris Capirossi, with his Ducati equipped with Regina, has obtained the 3^rd place, after a very fought race, and his team mate Sete Gibernau  finished in 4^th place after the unlucky race in Jerez.

The other riders that are using Regina Chains: Roberts, Hoffman and Cardoso have obtained the 10^th, 15^th and 16^th place.

Loris Capirossi is leading the Moto GP championship, with 5 point on the American Hyden, and  11 on the Spanish Pedrosa.
